Digital Product Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of RUN THE RACE™ are final. Once the digital system has been delivered or downloaded, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Damaged or Corrupted Files

If you experience any technical issues with your digital download or the file appears corrupted, please contact us at support@havenlyprep.com within 7 days of purchase. We will work to provide you with a functional copy as soon as possible.

Access

We recommend saving your digital workbook to a personal cloud drive or device after purchase to help ensure continued access to your purchase.
